This class can manage Openstack projects, users and roles.

It uses the openstack command to execut several operations to manage an OpenStack instance.

Currently it can create, enable, disable, update, delete and list projects; create, disable, enable, update, delete and list users; , create, assign, show user, verify, show and list roles.
