This package provides General purpose classes for the Pharaoh project.

It consists mainly of a few classes that can be used by any project that needs to manipulate several kinds of data types.

Currently it provides an iterator class that allows traversing arrays with case insensitive key values and a singleton base class that allows limiting the existence of an object of a class to only one instance.
