wouldnt it be better to use separate localization files by language and not by type.

example:
locales
  doc.xml
  errors.xml
  gui.xml

locales
  en.xml (implements doc.xml, errors.xml and gui.xml in english language)
  fr.xml (implements doc.xml, errors.xml and gui.xml in french language)
  ...

this would optimize the maintenance of localization-files

Hello,

that seems a very good idea indeed.

Besides, I should not have more types, but I can have a lot of languages, so as it is, my files could be quite big and it could take a while to parse them.

So, right, I'll do that when I got some spare time :-)

Thanks for the advice :-)

Ok done :-)

Now, in the 'locales' folder, you can find 2 sub folders : 'english' and 'francais', and in each of it, 3 xml files (one per type : documentation, errors and UI).

Thanks again for the feedback :-)
